Job Duties

• Maintain timely and accurate patient records and reports.

• Supervise assistants and aides per state and board regulations.

• Design and fabricate splints as prescribed by physicians.

• Develop and administer treatment programs to enhance functional independence.

• Utilize therapeutic exercises and activities to improve/maintain strength, range of motion, and fine motor coordination.

Requirements

• MO State License – Required

• BLS/CPR Certification – Required

• 2 years of OT experience – Preferred

• LTC or Rehab experience – Preferred

• Must be submitted at the posted rate (candidates requesting higher will be redirected)
