We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team in a high volume, schedule-driven contact center operation. This role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, providing information regarding our products and services. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.

These are remote opportunities, requiring candidates to reside within 60 miles of Suite 250, Virginia Beach, VA. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members globally. We emphasize work-life balance, offering flexible shifts where start and end times can vary within a one-hour window. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are taken as scheduled, with most shifts involving back-to-back phone calls for extended periods.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
