Job Description
Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support to lead efforts in onboarding Personal Choice Retirement Accounts and Health Savings Accounts onto Schwab’s Brokerage platform. Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful client integration while enhancing your skills in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate client development, testing, and deployment integration
Understand clients’ business requirements and integration needs
Act as primary liaison between PCIS, internal QA resources, and clients’ technology team
Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during implementation
Work with the Agile delivery team to craft high-quality customer-centric user stories
Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
Prepare and participate in Quarterly installs
Required Qualifications
Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
Experience in financial services
Degree or equivalent experience
Strong communication skills - written and verbal
Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects
2-3 years Data analysis experience
3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
2 years SQL, script writing
Preferred Qualifications
4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
2 years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
SAFe certified
API experience
