Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients
Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans
Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians
Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Ensure safe care and adherence to policies and standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current or temporary license to practice Occupational Therapy by the Texas Board
Current certification in Basic Life Support
Ability to lift 75-100 pounds and carry up to 30 pounds
Fine hand dexterity and eye-hand coordination
Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in presenting topics in professional settings
Supervisory experience with interns and rehabilitation technicians
