The Clinical Supervisor (RN) for the Cath Lab will lead a nursing team in providing direct and indirect patient care while coordinating with multidisciplinary staff to achieve optimal health outcomes. The role emphasizes professional leadership, accountability, and adherence to patient-centered care principles.
Key Responsibilities
Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for nursing care
Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members
Directs and facilitates nursing staff for optimal health care outcomes
Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team
Oversees and guides employees under supervision
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
BSN required
Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing
Current RN license in the State of Nevada
Current BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
One to three years supervisory experience
Proficient in physical assessment of the cardiovascular patient
Fluent in cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
Comfortable with 12 lead EKG interpretation and cardiac arrhythmias
Knowledgeable and experienced in stress testing
