Job Description
The SRO Coordinator at UniFirst plays a crucial role in supporting the Strategic Resource Office by managing meetings, onboarding, and documentation. This hybrid position requires strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitates executive and departmental meetings
Provides post-meeting minutes and follows up on action items
Ensures efficient onboarding for new hires
Maintains real-time updates to team hubs and organizational charts
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Handles payroll changes processes
Assists in annual merit review process
Coordinates Clean Integration tasks
Supports ERP by managing project plans and SharePoint lists
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years’ experience working within a PMO organization
Understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
Intermediate to advanced experience of Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Results driven with a focus on operational excellence
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Confidence in executive level presentations
Self-motivated and able to prioritize independently
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT or technology organization
