Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager where you'll drive client satisfaction and business growth in the Banking & Financial Services sector. You'll build trusted relationships, manage P&L, and lead project teams to ensure client needs are met while navigating industry trends and challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track BFS industry trends and propose proactive ideas
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Responsible for backlog growth and renewals of engagements
Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in a client-facing role in a consulting firm or account/engagement management role in IT professional services
Experience managing Client P&L of $15+ Million
Excellent ability to influence and communicate effectively with stakeholders up to C-Suite
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
MS or MBA degree
Strong background in a project environment and application development in BFS
Proven ability to contribute to new business development efforts
Detail-oriented with ability to manage complex assignments
Demonstrable problem-solving abilities
