Job Description

Join The Borgen Project as a Political Affairs Intern to advocate for poverty reduction in U.S. foreign policy. This part-time, remote internship offers a unique opportunity to engage with political leaders and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

Lead public and political outreach
Meet with members of Congress/Government
Represent The Borgen Project at events
Assist with fundraising and meet targets
Mobilize individuals to support legislation
Speak to groups and organizations
Write letters of support for programs

Required Qualifications

Passion for fighting poverty
Ability to engage with political leaders

Preferred Qualifications

No prior experience necessary
Background in political science or related fields
