Job Description
Join MRG Exams as an Independent Medical Evaluator, where you'll conduct comprehensive medical assessments and provide objective opinions to support claims adjudication. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to impact the lives of injured workers while working with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough medical evaluations and assessments in accordance with Ohio BWC guidelines and regulations
Perform Permanent Partial Impairment Ratings accurately and objectively using the 5th Edition AMA Guidelines
Document findings and provide clear, concise reports within established timelines
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service to clients
Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions
Required Qualifications
Licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Ohio
Ability and willingness to travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience with IME/impairment rating exams
