Play a pivotal part within the Transformation Office
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Communications Lead to join the Transformation Office during a pivotal period of change.
This is a hands-on and strategic role where you'll be responsible for designing and delivering transformation communications that support cultural and organizational transformation activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Transformation Officer and working alongside the Chief Executive, you’ll help shape how change is communicated and understood across the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Setting the strategic communications agenda and plan for the Transformation.
Leading and delivering impactful change communications across diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Supporting senior leaders with proactive, engaging messaging.
Managing messaging and narrative to support transformation and culture shift.
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and elected officials.
Working in partnership with the internal communications team to deliver the above, in alignment with the organization's communication strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
Extensive strategic and/or internal communications experience, with a strong focus on change communication.
Experience in developing and delivering strategic communication plans in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with a natural ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the business.
Proactive, agile, and solutions-focused approach with a high level of initiative.
Experience within the public sector or complex organizations is advantageous.
