Key Responsibilities
Supervise teller staff and all branch functions
Operate a teller drawer to serve customers
Identify cross-sell opportunities
Solve operational issues and approve exceptions to policy
Report potential fraud and ensure compliance with policies
Perform monthly audits and sales tracking
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff
Provide best-in-class customer service
Required Qualifications
Previous teller experience
High school diploma or GED
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift 30 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of supervisory experience, preferably within a financial institution
Bilingual Spanish, Polish or Italian speaker
