Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients in a prompt and helpful manner
Instruct, direct, and schedule patients and visitors
Receive payments and issue receipts
Communicate with clinical staff regarding appointment status
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Maintain supply inventories and office organization
Required Qualifications
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of EPIC scheduling experience
Experience working with an electronic health record
