Key Responsibilities
Provide clerical support to rental fleet department
Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
Maintain records of car movements and registrations
Process invoices and communicate with internal/external parties
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
Willingness to work outside or near a mechanical shop
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to continuously sit, type, talk, listen, move, and drive
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months office clerical experience
Knowledge of auto parts and tools
