Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to rental fleet department
  • Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in rental fleet
  • Maintain records of car movements and registrations
  • Process invoices and communicate with internal/external parties

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word)
  • Willingness to work outside or near a mechanical shop
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Ability to continuously sit, type, talk, listen, move, and drive
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
  • Regular on-site presence required

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months office clerical experience
  • Knowledge of auto parts and tools
