**Mgr is asking for at least 2 years experience as they need the candidate to be independent on night shift but would consider someone with 1 – 1 ½ years experience IF they worked on a high risk/high census L&D unit.**

Will position float between units: Yes per unit needs
Is on-call required? Yes 1 low census shift/pay period
Are weekends required? Yes every other or every third
Are block schedules required? Unknown
What are expected ratios? 1:1 labor, 1:3 pp
Special requirements:
Are 48 hours approved: No

Must have a vehicle for this assignment!

*** Please note, it’s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets

AYA Healthcare professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.
Facilities:
Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

*Note for Seaside floating only – If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive + $5/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement.

If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel.

Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
