The Director of Mobile Veterinary Services will lead a dynamic nonprofit program, managing a high-performing team to deliver quality veterinary care to underserved communities. Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of managers overseeing client experience, logistics, medicine, and nursing
Ensure high-quality patient care and client experience
Achieve program impact goals and ensure mobile clinics are staffed and functioning
Monitor and comply with safety protocols and regulations
Oversee financial and administrative health of the MVS program
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a services field
Minimum 1 year experience training others on following and executing written Standard Operating Procedures
Minimum 5 years managing direct reports
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage direct reports in multiple locations
Preferred Qualifications
Education and/or work experience in Veterinary Technology, Business, Logistics, Hospitality
Experience supervising manager-level employees
Bilingual (fluent in Spanish preferred)
