Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Assist frequent, premiere customers at airport operations
Process rentals for loyalty program members
Offer products and services to enhance customer travel experience
Provide excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Engaging personality, effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to sit, stand and type for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
On-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
