Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, simulate, and test power conversion circuitry
Guide ECAD personnel through PWB layout of power circuitry
Perform design work within given schedules
Present reviews of technical data to program leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in design, analysis, simulation, and/or test experience with linear converters
Experience with non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, and/or buck-boost
Experience with analog electronic design and analysis, including FET, BJT, and/or Op-amp circuits
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Basic understanding of power conversion concepts and motor drive control schemes
Lab experience specific to power electronics and/or controls electronics
Experience with software tools for electrical circuit simulation and/or PCB layout
Ability to document designs and circuit performance verification
Experience with circuit card assembly-level power architecture trades
