Key Responsibilities
Design, analysis, and testing of Stealth technology
RCS predictions and familiarity with Computational Electromagnetic Codes
Preparation of test documentation and analysis of results
Collaboration with integrated product teams
Presentation of results to internal and external customers
Project management and leadership within product teams
Occasional travel for business and training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Ten years of engineering experience including Low Observable technology or Radar Cross Section or Computational Electromagnetic Codes
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LO targets on ground plane ranges
Experience with absorber material treatments/design
Academic or applied experience with RF testing techniques
Understanding of electromagnetic fundamentals
Experience in infrared signature analysis and control
Programming expertise in C++, MATLAB, or other technical language
Advanced radar system development or test experience
Strong presentation skills
