Key Responsibilities

  • Help individuals grow, learn, and live well
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals served
  • Assist with personal hygiene and support individuals with behavioral challenges
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Initiate community involvement for participants

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
