Job Description
Columbia Mental Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join a collaborative team dedicated to enhancing mental health care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients
Provide tailored outpatient therapy for individuals and families
Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and discharge planning
Ensure timely billing and documentation completion
Engage in collaborative care with a team of professionals
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passionate about mental health and high-quality care
Commitment to ongoing professional development
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team
