Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns
Build and strengthen client relationships across multiple states
Maintain accurate client records and contract updates
Work with internal teams on strategic marketing plans
Understand products and services to inform customers
Identify sales and renewal opportunities with sales teams
Prepare service and sales proposals
Generate progress reports for clients and leadership
Attend business trade shows nationwide
Required Qualifications
Strong communication skills
