Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns
  • Build and strengthen client relationships across multiple states
  • Maintain accurate client records and contract updates
  • Work with internal teams on strategic marketing plans
  • Understand products and services to inform customers
  • Identify sales and renewal opportunities with sales teams
  • Prepare service and sales proposals
  • Generate progress reports for clients and leadership
  • Attend business trade shows nationwide

Required Qualifications
