Key Responsibilities
Provide integrated care to pediatric and adult patients
Perform brief, evidence-based assessments and interventions
Collaborate with medical team to develop treatment plans
Educate patients and families on treatment compliance
Utilize electronic health records for documentation
Manage risk assessments for suicidal and homicidal concerns
Consult and train primary care team in mental health
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in mental health related field
Minimum two years of post-graduate clinical experience within an integrated care delivery system
Credentials from multiple states as required
Psychologist License or equivalent within 6 months of hire
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical experience within an integrated care delivery system
Masters or Doctoral degree with emphasis in Integrated Care
