Job Description
As a District Sales Manager at Sysco, you'll lead a team of Sales Consultants to drive performance and growth in the foodservice industry. This role emphasizes coaching, customer engagement, and strategic planning to enhance sales and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants
Conduct coaching and direction sessions
Lead district meetings to drive sales
Enable Customer Engagement efforts
Utilize CRM for sales planning and customer engagement
Execute territory planning and management
Champion company initiatives and strategies
Required Qualifications
High School education
2 or more years' experience in foodservice sales
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to use CRM tools for sales planning
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
5+ years' foodservice sales experience
Superb organizational and project management skills
