We are seeking a highly skilled and independent CT Technologist to join our Radiology Department on the night shift. This role requires a confident professional with strong CT experience, the ability to float between CT and X-ray, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered imaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders, hospital protocols, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and proper technique.
  • Operate CT scanners and related equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic health record (EHR).
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure timely and accurate diagnostic results.
  • Float between CT and X-ray departments as scheduled.
  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety, infection control, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and assist in surgical procedures using C-Arm when needed.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of CT experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience floating between CT and X-ray

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Dual experience in CT and X-ray
  • Familiarity with OR procedures using C-Arm

Required Certifications:

  • BLS – Basic Life Support
  • CPI / HWC / MAB – Crisis Prevention or equivalent behavioral safety training
  • ARRT (CT) certification
  • Certification/licensure required to practice as a CT Technologist in North Carolina

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  • Must meet all educational and licensure requirements to practice as a CT Technologist in North Carolina

Float Requirements:

  • Must be willing and able to float between CT and X-ray departments per scheduled rotation
