Job Description
Join NAPA as an Assistant Store Manager to leverage your automotive expertise and customer service skills in leading a dynamic team. You will drive store growth, enhance customer experience, and be part of a supportive company culture that values employee development.
Key Responsibilities
Create a superior customer service experience
Lead a successful team and support the store manager
Manage store operations to maximize sales and profits
Build, coach, train, and engage crew team
Ensure inventory protection and manage operational issues
Drive operational and marketing programs
Grow customer relationships and ensure a positive experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn
Passion for delivering customer care
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations
Preferred Qualifications
Background in automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
Experience in parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or restaurant management
Customer-centric approach
