Key Responsibilities

  • Create a superior customer service experience
  • Lead a successful team and support the store manager
  • Manage store operations to maximize sales and profits
  • Build, coach, train, and engage crew team
  • Ensure inventory protection and manage operational issues
  • Drive operational and marketing programs
  • Grow customer relationships and ensure a positive experience

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or willingness to learn
  • Passion for delivering customer care
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift 60lbs in some situations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in automotive industry, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership
  • Experience in parts store, auction, retail store, auto body/collision, or restaurant management
  • Customer-centric approach
  • ASE Certifications
  • NAPA Know How
