Key Responsibilities
Perform deep, technical troubleshooting for complex, escalated issues
Own the customer escalation process and work with Product and Engineering teams
Provide coverage for technical troubleshooting of escalated issues
Work cross-functionally with various teams across the company
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer-facing technical experience
