Join Kaiser Permanente as a part-time LCSW focusing on crisis and triage management. You'll provide vital behavioral health services, including assessment and treatment planning, while working collaboratively with a dynamic clinical team. Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic triage and assessment for members requesting behavioral health services
Conduct clinical social work consultation and crisis interventions
Assess and evaluate psychological and mental status of members
Coordinate admissions and discharges for psychiatric services
Document clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions
Participate in clinical team meetings and quality management activities
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in social work from an accredited college or university
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (Hawaii)
Passing score on the clinical level national board examination
Supervised clinical social work training as required by Hawaii Revised Statues (HRS) 467E-7
Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association
Knowledge and experience in conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations using DSM
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in providing behavioral health services in a primary care setting
Experience in providing services to patients with addictions issues
Experience in providing Consultation/liaison Services to emergency departments
Experience in writing treatment plans
Experience in conducting individual and group therapy, intensive outpatient treatment, and/or partial hospitalization programs
Demonstrated knowledge and skill in documentation according to national accreditation guidelines
