*Facility will do the best to honor preferred shift, however, reserves the right to schedule as needed

 

Start date: 12/5 or 12/15

ACLS - BLS required

 

Must have 2 years of experience

Must have 18 months recent experience

 

OH RN license in hand

Every other weekend/ every other holiday
