Key Responsibilities
Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and develop care plans
Implement and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings
Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve overall health and well-being
Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations
Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations
Positive attitude and effective communication with building occupants and administration
Valid Driver's License for multi-site registered dietitian
