Key Responsibilities
Reviews patient history and initiates Computed Tomography images based on physician order
Prioritizes procedural patient education
Safely administers contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition
Implements techniques for clarity in image quality control and equipment functionality
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT)
Registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the ARRT
Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
