• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour shifts (07:00-19:00 or 19:00-07:00; AM-PM or PM-AM)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 - $2360

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (NH or compact state)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients on the Inpatient Surgical Unit 3D
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and clinical support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on procedures, care plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations
