Job Description
Join Takeda as a Health Screener, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring donor safety and quality plasma collection. You'll work with a dedicated team to support operations and improve patient care while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
Screen new and repeat donors
Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts
Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Ensure safety of donors and team
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs. occasionally
Fine motor coordination and depth perception
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
