The CMU Director is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships with C-suite executives. This role involves executing growth plans, coordinating customer initiatives, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage customer relationships to drive sales growth
Develop and execute sales strategy for customer portfolio
Build and maintain partnerships at multiple customer levels
Coordinate complex customer requests and initiatives
Analyze mutual customer/Sysco value in the Supply Chain
Manage day-to-day customer interactions and problem resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma
7+ years prior outside foodservice account management or B2B sales experience
Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets Company insurability standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with customer service management
Strong financial acumen
Expert in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
7+ years prior foodservice account management or B2B sales experience within restaurant or GPO background
Demonstrated experience with and working knowledge of Sysco customers
Knowledge of Sysco Products, ordering procedures, and credit terms
