Job Description
Join Enterprise Bank & Trust as a Senior Financial Services Representative, where you will be the front-line customer service expert, assisting clients with account services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role offers a chance to develop strong client relationships while contributing to the success of local businesses and communities.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure lobby coverage for clients and assist branch management
Open new accounts for commercial and consumer clients
Contact new clients for onboarding and follow-up
Process consumer loan applications
Work closely with Treasury Management Representatives and Relationship Managers
Provide customer service and resolve client problems
Participate in training programs
Comply with company policies and regulations
Assist in opening and closing the branch
Cross-sell to deepen relationships with clients
Backup teller line duties as needed
Required Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
Professional appearance and demeanor including excellent phone etiquette
Strong work ethic and decision-making skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Confidentiality maintenance
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Understanding of banking operations and bank products/services
Familiarity with account ownership types
Knowledge of consumer loan applications and processes
