As a Production Supervisor on the Third Shift, you will lead a team to ensure high productivity and quality standards while maintaining efficiency. Your role includes training staff, managing performance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Train employees for maximum quality and productivity
Plan and schedule manpower, materials, products, and machines
Manage employee performance with feedback
Promote department goodwill through communication
Investigate areas for quality improvement and cost reduction
Promote safety in the work area
Required Qualifications
1 or more years of previous Supervisory experience
Effective communication both orally and in writing
Capable of independent decision making
Must have basic computer knowledge
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Poultry or food industry experience
Previous leadership skills with 20 or more employees
