Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Manufacturing Engineer II where you'll develop and improve manufacturing processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Collaborate with diverse teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in a critical defense environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Support daily manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis
Drive Continuous Improvement using Six Sigma principles
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers and fabricators
Develop tools/fixtures for ergonomic processes
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance

Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation and GD&T
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (preferably CREO/ProE)
Hands-on mechanical aptitude

Proven written and oral communication skills
Current DoD security clearance (secret)
Experience with automated tooling and machinery
Experience with Refurbishment and Repair requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
