Key Responsibilities
Facilitate member experience via phone, email, and other channels
Assist members with quotes, policy changes, and billing
Provide accurate advice and solutions for insurance products
Operate in a contact center environment effectively
Maintain necessary licenses and registrations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license
1 year of customer service experience in insurance or financial services
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Preferred Qualifications
US military experience or as a military spouse/domestic partner
Experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
1+ years of direct sales or upselling/cross selling experience
