Job Description

Join Trufood Manufacturing as a Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the development of total rewards strategies and manage comprehensive benefits programs. This role will enhance employee well-being and ensure compliance while promoting a culture of growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures
  • Evaluate options for benefits strategy
  • Educate employees on total rewards offerings
  • Oversee administration and compliance of employee benefits programs
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality
  • Conduct regular market analyses for competitive compensation practices
  • Support corporate employees with onboarding and employee relations assistance
  • Lead leave of absence process ensuring compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR with focus on total rewards, benefits, and compensation
  • Proven experience managing HRIS systems and payroll processes
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced knowledge of principles, policies, and practices of human resources management
  • High degree of emotional intelligence
  • Strong problem analysis and solution implementation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, SHRM-CP or PHR certification
