Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients in a pleasant manner
Instruct and direct patients and visitors
Receive payments and post payment data
Verify insurance eligibility and coverage
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Support the care team in achieving financial and service goals
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Intermediate level of computer proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting
Experience working with an electronic health record
Experience working with scheduling programs
Knowledge of minimal medical terminology
