Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for clinicians and practice managers
Serve as the escalation contact for technical assistance
Install and maintain workstations, printers, and other devices
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Direct activities of outside contract resources
Ensure security of IT assets and data
Manage escalations from the Help Desk
Perform end-user training
Required Qualifications
3+ years of full-time work experience in Information Technology
3+ years of experience with providing IT Desktop Support
3+ years of experience in installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades
3+ years of experience in installing and supporting networked devices
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Windows Operating System, and Cisco Hardware
Asset management experience
Effective communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Strong deductive skills in analyzing problematic systems
Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects in a high-pressure environment
