As a Geek Squad Agent, you will serve as the first point of contact for technology support at Best Buy. You’ll assess customer needs, provide solutions, and help with device setups, all while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
Help customers set up new devices and advise on repairs or replacements
Monitor service queues and provide status updates to customers
Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Required Qualifications
3 months of experience working in retail or customer service
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
