Job Description
As a Retail Print Sales Supervisor at Staples, you will lead a team to provide exceptional print and marketing solutions while fostering a collaborative and engaging retail environment. Your role will focus on driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence, making a significant impact on both your team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
Direct a team to drive results for key metrics by selling and providing total print solutions
Connect with customers and build relationships to provide creative solutions
Drive customer satisfaction by focusing on customer engagement and quality
Coach associates in exceptional service and consultative selling
Lead and develop a team committed to operational excellence
Consult with customers to offer appropriate options and deliver total print solutions
Leverage Salesforce.com to manage customers through engagement and outreach
Required Qualifications
Experience directing a team and/or supervising others while managing many priorities
Basic computer skills to open, save and send electronic files, email, and use Microsoft Word (or similar programs)
Attention to detail and keen eye for noticing quality issues
Manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner
Ability to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information
Experience overcoming objections and engaging with customers to understand their needs
Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively in a high-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Ability to lift/move materials in the 10-50 pound range, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously
