Job Description
Join Albany Medical Center as a Clinical Nurse III in the Medical Cardiology department. In this role, you will deliver compassionate patient care, manage nursing responsibilities, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement and manage patient care.
Deliver and coordinate care provided by the caregiving team.
Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments and procedures.
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Apply sound nursing judgment in patient management decisions.
Provide primary and emergency care for injuries and illnesses.
Collaborate with nursing team to create a Plan of Care.
