Key Responsibilities
Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians through effective supervision
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop ABA programs
Provide parent education and problem-solving support
Adapt to change and seek growth opportunities
Communicate proactively and foster a collaborative environment
Required Qualifications
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Active LBA Certification in the state of North Carolina
