Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters
Foster relationships and provide coaching and guidance
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues
Assist in monitoring and tracking team member matters
Help maintain affirmative action program and compliance
Support recruiting and hiring processes
Coordinate onboarding activities and conduct orientation
Manage exit interviews and identify improvement patterns
Conduct focus groups and surveys for team member relations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
1+ years of relevant experience or necessary skills
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field (human resources, business administration, etc.)
