Facilities & Maintenance Technician (PART-TIME)

Staffmark is hiring a dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician in Dothan, AL to maintain outdoor areas and building exteriors. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, safety, and working independently or with a team. Schedule: Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays Maintain lawns and landscaped areas (mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal care) Operate a pressure washer to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, and outdoor surfaces Keep facility entrances and outdoor common areas neat and presentable Conduct routine grounds inspections and report any issues or hazards Maintain tools and equipment in good working order Support general facility upkeep as needed Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or maintenance preferred Comfortable operating lawn equipment, pressure washers, and basic hand tools Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
