Job Description
Join Cognizant as a Client Relationship Manager in the healthcare sector, where you'll lead client accounts, drive day-to-day activities, and ensure client satisfaction. With a focus on digital transformation, you'll collaborate with teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders
Understand client environment, issues, and priorities
Work with clients to define problems and co-create solutions
Drive RFPs and proactive bids for renewals and expansions
Track healthcare/payer industry trends and propose solutions
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients
Be responsible for backlog growth including renewals and extensions
Lead onsite project teams and ensure understanding of client environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 15+ years in client facing or account leadership role
Experience engaging with and influencing senior decision-makers
Experience with claims and service center operations
Strong experience with global service delivery model
In-depth understanding of business problem domain and technology solutions
Strong performance track record in sales and existing annuity business
Ability to navigate large organizations and work in a multi-faceted matrix
Experience in forecasting and P&L management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading diverse teams in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to conceptualize and present business transformation solutions
