Join Sherwin-Williams as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, where you'll provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring their needs are met while driving sales goals. Your role will include assisting customers in both English and Spanish, resolving concerns, and maintaining product knowledge for effective recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assist customers in person and over the phone
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers
Process sales transactions accurately
Follow and achieve sales goals
Maintain work order files and formulas
Pull appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse
Tint and mix products to customer specifications
Stock shelves and set up displays
Clean store equipment
Load/unload delivery trucks
Assist in deliveries as needed
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products
Comply with inventory control procedures
Suggest ways to improve sales
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in Spanish
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
At least 1 year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service
Experience selling paint and related products
Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment
