Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and IEPs
Work with students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis
Utilize various learning methods to enhance student engagement
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher
Passing score on the Paraeducator Assessment (65% or higher on Instructional Support test and 70% or higher on Knowledge and Application test)
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
