Job Description
Join Quill, part of the Staples family, as a Sales Account Manager, where you'll drive customer engagement through strategic outreach. Utilize diverse lead streams to reconnect with lapsed customers, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales goals. Your success will directly impact our customer acquisition efforts and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily outbound calls to prospects or lapsed customers
Utilize verbal offers and promotions to capture orders
Identify opportunities to sell and qualify customers for programs
Route qualified leads and sales opportunities to appropriate team members
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
Maintain accurate CRM records
Seek feedback and apply coaching for continuous improvement
Collaborate with sales specialists and support teams
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years related experience in sales or service in business-to-business environment
Knowledge of key Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ year of experience in sales or customer service within a business-to-business environment
Exceptional customer retention skills
Skilled in navigating and applying multiple sales approaches
